Always a believer in the phrase, “if it is to be, it depends on me,” he has applied himself to learning, and doing, whatever was needed to accomplish his personal goals.

CFO and Co-Founder
Ms. De La Torre earned an MBA in Finance in Puerto Rico where she also embarked on a successful Banking Career over 25 years ago.
In 1998 Ms. De La Torre moved to New York City to expand on her Experience and History of excellence, being centered in the Financial Capital of the World. While there she had the opportunity to perform as a Credit Officer with Banco Central S.A. New York Branch.
Director of Operations
Gerard Luning has been part of the IML team for over two (2) years, before IML launched in 2013.
Mr. Luning obtained an accounting degree from Hunter College in New York City, and has defied gravity in his rise to success in IML, by heading up the IML Operations Department.
Mr. Luning holds an intricate role in IML, by working directly with IML CEO and CFO overseeing IML Back Office Operations, and Project Management from Software Development, to Programming and Development of New Products, to Website Integration with Credit Card and E-Wallet Processors, and Coordinating Relationships between our Field Leadership and Corporate Executive Team.

Bruce started his career at IBM,and most recently worked for a large communications and media company. Bruce has always enjoyed public speaking, leading and motivating others to achieve their dreams! “I’m honored to be named Senior Vice President of iMarketslive. Geng (Geoff) Chen
Vice President – International Business
Geoff Chen is an accomplished Asia Business Development Professional. He has a successful track record of leading North American Corporations doing business in the Asia Pacific region in the last decade.
Most recently, Geoff Chen is the Founder of Midas-fx.com, an online service that provides innovative alternative investments products and services to empower investors and traders all over the world.
Geoff Chen has served as President for Greenland Capital Inc, which focuses on identifying investment opportunities and conducting business acquisitions to capitalize on exciting growth opportunities in Asia since 2007.
Mr. Chen was the Business Development Director for Asia with Renaissance Learning Inc, a NASDAQ traded leading US Education Company. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Chen worked with Lingo Media, Inc as their Managing Director – Great China Region to build Lingo Media’s business in China from scratch to a market entry success with Over 220 million units of various products sold to over 40 million students in the Chinese public schools.
Corporate Field Leader
Duane is from Kansas and is blessed with a beautiful family. He has a wife who is a Registered Nurse and a baby boy named Gerrick with another on the way due February 2016. Duane is passionate about seeing the world a better place and loves helping people be successful. He has been President of a publicly traded company and built two multi-million dollar companies from scratch. He is a force to be reckoned with in the field of psychological marketing with a penchant for helping inventors and manufacturers take their products to the masses. He has also been involved in some consulting with inventors of products that the late, great Billy Mays has been a pitchman for. He is versed in all aspects of sales and marketing and knows what questions to ask, when to ask, and how to ask them to influence buyers in a positive way. Duane brings this knowledge to IML to help grow the IML distributor base and help members around the globe achieve their financial freedom.
